Question about suspending an account
Posted by junglecat, 06-26-2008, 05:00 PM I have WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.3-R25068 FEDORA 4 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0 I had to suspend a reseller account, and I assumed all the accounts owned by that reseller would also be suspended, but they are still online. Is there a way to suspend all the accounts owned by a reseller at once, without needing to suspend each one individually?
Posted by Tina J, 06-26-2008, 05:08 PM Yes, go to Reseller Center and suspend him from there. If you simply suspend him from the Account Features > Suspend/Unsuspend area, it will only suspend the single account. --Tina

Posted by junglecat, 06-26-2008, 05:33 PM Well, that didn't last long. The reseller was 3 weeks late for payment, and wasn't responding to emails or a billing request. But 5 minutes after I suspended all the accounts I got payment and an apologetic email. So I mass unsuspended the same way I mass suspended. Now I know something new about WHM.
