Hi, please Recommendation to manage my server please Recommendation me for max send mail per hour for per account ? ( I not want my server go to black list server and spam provider list )

Make sure reverse DNS is set for the IP's and SPF record set for the domains. Setting the maximum number of emails per hour really depends on your requirement.

please offer . for example : limit 150 perhour for any account limit 250 perhour for any account limit 500 perhour for any account ...

100 - 200 depending on the customer requirements would be good enuf

A value between 150 to 200 would be fine.
